Booking You will be charged the total price of the accommodation once your booking is within the non-refundable period. A 1.8% credit card surcharge applies to all Visa/Mastercard and AMEX payments. Cancellation Policy The guest can cancel free of charge outside the non-refundable period. The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within the non-refundable period - held as credit for a future booking to be used within 12 months of original dates. If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Non-refundable period: 30 days for High Season, December, January, Easter, School Holidays and Special Events. 14 days all other times. Important Information Our reception hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm Saturday to Sunday 9am – 3pm Public Holidays: 10am -12pm Closed Christmas Day *We offer after-hours contactless check-in. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, we will provide check-in instructions to the phone number or email address provided at time of booking. We provide a weekly service for all stays of 8 nights or longer. If you require a daily service, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Early check-in before 2pm is subject to availability on the day of arrival and cannot be guaranteed. If you require a late check out, this can be arranged with reception on the day prior to check out (subject to availability and extra fees apply).
